The exact relationship
1 ether = 10^9 gwei (1,000,000,000 gwei), and 1 gwei = 10^9 wei. To convert gwei to ETH you divide by 1,000,000,000. So 30 gwei is 0.00000003 ETH and 1000000000 gwei is exactly 1 ETH.
