Poll the market-wide smart-money netflow endpoint for the token on a schedule. It is C3-metered and returns aggregate inflow and outflow per window.

2Attribute the move to an address

When aggregate netflow spikes, drill into per-address netflow to find the wallet driving it. This isolates the whale behind the move.

3Label the mover

Call labels on the driving address to attribute it to an entity — an exchange deposit, a fund, an unlabeled cluster — so the alert carries context.
